Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business and compliance challenges. The role involves collaborating with engineering, product, and compliance experts to build scalable data-driven solutions that improve product accuracy, efficiency, and customer outcomes. The company is focused on helping global enterprises in fintech, banking, and compliance sectors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer (preferably in SaaS, fintech, or RegTech).
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala with strong knowledge of scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning techniques.
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, or similar).
- Experience deploying ML models to production environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
