Job Description
HR Hints, pioneers in organizational change, seeks an Interim Change Manager to provide hands-on business consulting to external clients, building effective organizations through People & Culture frameworks. The role involves solving critical business challenges, designing hiring processes, implementing the Culturivy® method, and representing HR Hints at events. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to building Poland's first HR boutique for SMEs.
Requirements
- Experience working with an owner or founder
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or HR Generalist
- Fluency in Polish is a must
- Knowledge of English, min. B2+
