Jewelry Caster

We are seeking an experienced Jewelry Caster to join our production team in New Orleans, LA. The successful candidate will have a passion for precision and craftsmanship in precious metals and expertise in lost-wax casting, sterling silver metallurgy, and mold making.

Requirements

• Perform all aspects of the lost-wax casting process
• Cast with sterling silver and gold, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Operate and maintain casting equipment, wax equipment, and molds
• Manage mold inventory and wax production
• Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues
• Collect and maintain production records and data
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Assist in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in calculations, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
