Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant L&D Manager to develop and implement talent management strategies and employee engagement programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, employee engagement, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of talent management strategies, employee engagement practices, and learning and development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive talent management decisions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
