Requirements
- Matriculated or above qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Possession of Paper I, II, III & V of IIQE and LOMA qualifications is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a definite advantage
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities to effectively understand and address customer needs
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and follow processes efficiently
