Our client is a well-established fashion retail company in the region looking for an experienced HR Officer to manage all rounded of HR function, including recruitment, payroll, MPF administration, performance management, and more.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in retail industry
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme ordinance, and relevant legislation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong self-motivation with strong negotiation and communication skills
- Mature, responsible, independent with positive and proactive attitude
- Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
