Our client is a prominent operator and investor in the region's electrical market, looking for a Manager, Organization Development and Talent to provide direction and insights on talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years professional knowledge in Recruiting and Talent Journey
- Degree in Business Administration, Training, HR, Psychology, Information Technology or any related disciplines
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong change management and communication skills, as well as interpersonal and persuading abilities
