Senior HR Officer (C&B) job opening at a telecommunication company in Hong Kong. Responsibilities include managing compensation and benefits functions, assisting in annual review exercise, and formulating policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 5 – 8 years’ experience in human resources with at least 3 years in supervisory level
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment-related ordinances
- Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in using Oracle is an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
