Job Description
The Finance Director will lead the finance function and serve as a primary strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- CPA license is an advantage but not required.
- At least 12 - 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
- Experience in retail, food & beverage, FMCG, or multi-site businesses preferred.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment is strongly preferred.
