Job Description
The Finance Director will serve as the senior leader of the finance organization, responsible for driving financial strategy, governance, and business performance across a growing company. The role requires a leader who can build systems and processes from the ground up, professionalize the finance function, and partner with cross-functional heads to support organizational growth.
Requirements
- CPA preferred but not required
- 1215+ years of solid experience in Finance and Accounting, with strong exposure to FP&A
- Background in multi-store, retail, F&B, or scaling/growth environments is an advantage
- Strong executive presence, communication skills, and business partnership ability
- Comfortable coordinating with leaders from different countries
