Job Description
We're looking for an Application Service & Resource Specialist to support client contracts within the Clariti system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and thrives in a structured virtual environment. Responsibilities include building, validating, and maintaining contracts and fee schedules, as well as supporting standard implementation activities and providing ongoing contract maintenance and updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related business tools
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and manage high task volumes effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills; able to de-escalate client concerns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with healthcare technology, SaaS platforms, or integrations is a plus
