Inside Sales

This Inside Sales position within Customer Service at HTI is focused on selling heavy-duty truck and trailer parts to accounts and prospects. The role involves frequent outbound phone calls, relationship building, and prospecting to achieve sustained year-over-year growth. This is a potential entry point into other positions within the company, such as Sales, Marketing, or Operations.

Requirements

• Sell goods and services to accounts and prospects
• Conduct frequent inbound and outbound phone calls
• Develop customer service relationships
• Identify and sell related parts
• Use catalogs and parts manuals
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple accounts
• Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and MVR checks
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 75lbs
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or Management (preferred)
