Inside Sales

This Inside Sales position focuses on providing phone and computer-based customer service and selling heavy-duty vehicle parts. It involves frequent inbound and outbound calls, account management, and prospecting to support company growth. This is an entry-level position with potential for advancement.

Requirements

• Sell goods and services to accounts and prospects
• Conduct frequent inbound and outbound phone calls
• Develop over the phone, computer-based, and in-person customer service relationships
• Use of catalogs and parts manuals to identify and sell heavy duty truck and trailer parts
• Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, and product features
• Pass a background check, drug test, and/or MVR check, if needed
