Huawei Turkey Research and Development Center (Huawei Turkey R&D) Multi-Platform Development Center is seeking a Recruiter to manage recruitment activities, supporting business requirements. The Recruiter will work closely with HR, conducting candidate screening, interviews, coordinating processes, and developing a talent pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ year of related work experience in a recruiter position
- Experience in IT sector
- iOS Developer experience (preferred)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Experience in delivering HR services
- Experience in process, project, and change management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly effective organization, planning, and time management skills
