Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage all recruitment activities. This role involves CV searching, candidate screening, and building relationships with department managers to identify and recruit the best candidates. The specialist will also support the HR team with tasks such as posting job vacancies and following up with candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 - 3 years recruitment experience in IT or telecommunication sector
• Strong communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong skills in MS Office programs
• Good planning and organizing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment
• Willingness to work on-site
