Job Description
HUB International is seeking an Account Executive to provide professional account management and brokerage services to assigned clients. The role involves overseeing account retention, providing proactive consultation, and negotiating coverage terms with insurance carriers. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, and a detailed knowledge of the client's business and industry.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in insurance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint programs
- High energy, detail-oriented, self-starter
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and delegate responsibility
