Job Description
The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for planning, championing, managing, reporting on, and implementing initiatives to improve the HUS-Aiken facility's LEAN processes. This role focuses on driving a culture of continuous improvement, overseeing waste reduction efforts, and continuously improving existing products and manufacturing processes through LEAN methodologies.
Requirements
- BS degree, Engineering or similar is strongly preferred.
- Five (5) years’ experience as a Manufacturing/Process/Project Engineer prior to CIP experience.
- True passion and drive for operational excellence gained via LEAN principles.
- Must have excellent knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- Must have demonstrated success in leading and executing Kaizen/CIP events across various areas of a manufacturing organization.
