Continuous Improvement Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Continuous Improvement Manager to lead kaizen efforts and drive measurable improvements in cost, quality, and throughput across a high-variability manufacturing environment. This role involves working across all departments, from fabrication to assembly, to eliminate waste, improve flow, and build a culture of continuous improvement. A direct report and strong leadership backing is crucial.

Requirements

• Plan and lead CI events targeting material flow, equipment layout, and labor efficiency
• Conduct annual Value Stream Mapping exercises and define current-state challenges and future-state implementations
• Sustain and improve visual factory tools (daily boards, metrics)
• Mentor supervisors and production team members on lean tools
• Identify, quantify, and track cost savings through data analysis
