Job Description
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will own Hubject's growth engine and lead us into the next stage of expansion. Your mission is to design and execute data-driven marketing strategies that accelerate customer acquisition and scale our presence in the eMobility ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or eMobility
- Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns and delivering measurable growth
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and analytics tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot)
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM systems
- Ability to design and run A/B tests and interpret results for optimization
