Job Description
As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will drive Hubject's growth in the NORDICS & BALTICS market by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with Sales Operations and Marketing teams to build a healthy pipeline, nurture relationships with potential clients and partners, and support the overall sales process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business/market development, or lead generation management
- Solid understanding of the Scandinavian and Baltic business landscape and cultural nuances
- Familiarity with modern sales tools, CRM systems, and outreach platforms
