Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to work directly with HubSpot customers, resolving issues and helping them build familiarity with HubSpot tools. The role involves communicating with customers via phone, live chat, and email, and utilizing internal resources and tools to learn and adapt to a growing product and fast-changing industry.
