Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Experience as a medical receptionist (2+ years)
• Experience in customer service (2+ years)
• Two years experience with a mainframe or PC-based computer system (data entry)
• 2+ years of experience using data look-up and data entry
• Demonstrated ability to organize work under pressure
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions
