We are seeking a Visual Design Lead to drive creative output across innovative projects, leading a design team to develop and maintain a strong creative vision, and deliver exceptional visual design solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in Visual and UI Design
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles for digital products
- Figma expert with mastery of the tool to create, maintain, and evolve design components
- Strong background in art direction and conceptual design
- Proficiency in design systems
- Conceptual thinking and ability to develop and present fully conceptual work
- Leadership and communication skills
- C1 English level with ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively in English
