Job Description
Human Agency is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead end-to-end product and web experience design. The role involves collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams to create beautiful, functional, and accessible interfaces. The company focuses on innovative AI strategies for diverse clients, and emphasizes user needs and impactful design.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience combining solid visual (UI) and experience (UX) design skills.
- Online portfolio showing experience designing consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile.
- Expert-level proficiency with the Figma suite (Design, FigJam, Slides, Make), modern prototyping tools and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience creating, managing and evolving design‐systems
- Proven ability in UX thinking and research
- Strong knowledge of user-centric design principles along with web and mobile design standards
- Basic familiarity with Webflow and web languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in English
