Job Description
Human Agency is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead end-to-end product and web experience design across research, strategy, interaction, and visual execution. The role involves collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing to create beautiful, functional interfaces and uphold a strong brand and design system. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience combining solid visual (UI) and experience (UX) design skills.
- Online portfolio showing experience designing consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile.
- Expert-level proficiency with the Figma suite.
- Experience creating, managing and evolving design-systems.
- Strong knowledge of user-centric design principles along with web and mobile design standards and best practices.
- Basic familiarity with Webflow and web languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
