Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in proposal development, management, or writing, with a solid understanding of Government RFP all sections

Active Delegating Examining Certification, 7+ years of federal staffing experience, experience with Monster Government Solutions, HR Connect (People Soft)

10+ years of experience in OD interventions, master's degree in applied behavioral sciences, and strategic vision

Bachelor’s degree with 12-15 years of experience, master’s degree with 8-10 years, or PhD with 5-7 years of experience required

A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of seven (7) years of related experience; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

5+ years of HR business management experience, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant experience, solid MS Office skills

3+ years of experience in accounting or financial management, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, and strong technical expertise in Costpoint

Business development experience, customer network, and proficiency in Microsoft Office

10 years of coaching experience, BA/BS degree, and ICF PCC certification
