We're seeking a highly experienced Organizational Development Executive Coach to join our team and help organizations and leaders navigate transformational change.
Requirements
- Extensive Experience: At least 10 years of hands-on experience in OD interventions, with a proven track record of success.
- Educational Background: A master’s degree in one of the applied behavioral sciences (Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Management Science).
- Strategic Vision: Skilled in visualizing, designing, and implementing long-range change management strategies to drive organizational success.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, feedback, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle complex organizational dynamics.
- Affiliations & Certifications: Active affiliations with OD organizations such as the Organizational Development Network or the International Association of Facilitators, with certification in coaching and the ability to administer and interpret assessment instruments.
