Human Capital Resources and Concepts Inc. (HCRC) is a consulting firm seeking a Proposal Manager with experience in proposal development, management, or writing. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Government RFP all sections and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of relevant experience with proposal development, management, or writing
• Experience in federal procurement and federal contracting
• Experience in commercial procurement and business development (desired)
• Experience in large-scale environmental, architect-engineering, or construction industry (desired)
• Solid understanding and working knowledge of Government RFP all sections
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite of Products
• Experience and knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and other graphic programs (highly favorable)
