Requirements

• BA/BS degree required
• MA/MS degree in a related field preferred
• Coaching certification (ICF MCC) required
• 10+ years of experience as a coach and facilitator
• Experience working on government contracts in a consultative role
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Executive-level coaching, consulting, or related experience
• Experience with 360 and other psychometric assessments
