Human Capital Resources and Concepts Inc. (HCRC) is a consulting firm that specializes in resource management capabilities. We are seeking a Soft Skills Instructor to support one of our Federal Clients. The Instructor will implement and facilitate training programs, conduct training sessions, and recommend program modifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Considerable knowledge of curriculum and program development
• Knowledge of the development of individual action plans
• Knowledge of job search, resume writing, interview skills, and professional soft skills
• Demonstrated skill in integrating technology into curriculum
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with a diverse population
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite software and applications, and personal computers
