HCRC is seeking a Senior Federal HR Specialist with a background in the Federal Government for a fast-paced, energetic, federal agency. This position requires an incumbent to apply skills for assistant managers and program staff in the full range of Federal HR Staffing, Recruitment and Benefit activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of at least 6 years of Federal HR Experience
• Expertise in human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR policy development
• In-depth knowledge of Federal and Agency laws and regulations related to HR operations
