HCRC is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead proposal development efforts for Federal Departments and Agencies. The selected candidate will play a key role in crafting and submitting proposals, as well as supporting billable work as needed.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience leading proposal development efforts
• Strong MS O365 Formatting/Desktop Publishing skills
• Experience or proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead efficient and effective teleconferences with multiple partner representatives
