U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking a Building Engineer in Philadelphia to operate and maintain various building systems, including HVAC/R, boilers, chillers, and energy management systems.

Requirements

• High school graduate equivalent
• Three (3) years of maintenance experience
• Two (2) years experience in a boiler room, attending boilers and chillers
• Philadelphia Class A license
• Universal Refrigeration Certification
• Ability to operate building automation systems
