Community Career Coordinator

We are seeking a Community Career Coordinator to assist individuals with disabilities within the Caritas Community Day Services program in Monroe County. This role involves helping clients develop prevocational discovery skills, attending trainings, and representing Caritas in the community.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in marketing/media, public relations, social work, public health, behavioral sciences, or related field
• Experience in human service delivery related to youth, families, people with I/DD, and community collaboration
• Proven written and oral communication skills, dynamic public speaking, and social media skills
• Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
