We're looking for a strategic Head of Sales to lead and scale our new business efforts — driving sustainable revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, plus at least 2 - 3 years of leadership responsibility.
- Native level German and fluent English (both mandatory).
- Strong commercial acumen, with confidence in managing complex sales cycles and enterprise negotiations.
- Strong coaching-mindset with the ability to lead both strategically and operationally.
