Job Description
Humber River Health is a rapidly growing digital hospital dedicated to patient-centered care and community connection. They are seeking a Manager for their Adult Inpatient Mental Health program in the Greater Toronto area, offering both temporary and potential permanent opportunities. The role involves providing safe and efficient patient services, managing staff and employee relations, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve care delivery. The position is focused on innovation and client focus.
Requirements
- Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or related field
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Science, or related field (Master's required)
- Registration with a regulated college is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years management experience
- Demonstrated commitment to professional practice standards and evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
- Proven effective project management and computer skills
