Job Description
Humber River Health is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join their 13 East Medicine Unit. They are a rapidly growing digital hospital dedicated to improving patient care through technology and community connection. The role involves providing high-quality, safe-care to a diverse patient population, coordinating care, and leading projects as part of a team environment.
Requirements
- Graduate from a recognized Registered Practical Nursing program
- Current RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current BCLS certification
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities
- Minimum 2 years of recent medical/geriatric experience (preferred)
