Job Description
Humber River Health is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to work in our Acute Medicine Unit, 12 West. The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical/geriatric care and experience with electronic Meditech 6.0 documentation system.
Requirements
- Graduate from a recognized Registered Practical Nursing two year diploma program.
- Current RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Current BCLS certification.
- Minimum 2 years of recent medical/geriatric experience is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and Meditech 6.0 experience is an asset.
