HR & Admin, Senior Executive (Mandarin Speaking)

We are seeking a Senior Executive with HR and Administration experience to manage a wide range of administrative and HR tasks, including employee relations, recruitment, training, and benefits coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills and a proven track record of executing HR strategies.

Requirements

• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in HR and Administration
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a Related field
• Able to converse in Mandarin language
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and practices
• Experience in recruitment, benefits coordination, and performance management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
