Job Description
The company is seeking an HR Director to lead the HR team with a focus on C&B, HRIS Management, TA, Talent Development, Labour Management, Training, Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, Mobility, H&S and General Admin. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in human resources management in the region, with 5 years in a Head of Dept position.
Requirements
- Degree with post-graduate qualifications in HR Mgt and Compensation & Benefits.
- Good working knowledge of all employment and related laws and legislation.
- 10-12 years of experience in human resources management in the region.
- Prior experience in the retail industry.
- Strong leadership qualities and interpersonal skills.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
