Supervisor

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing staff and ensuring effective clinical services for youth and families. This role involves managing referrals, providing case supervision, tracking output, identifying service gaps, and supporting team and community partners. The position requires a Master's Degree and prior supervisory experience in the mental health or child welfare field.

Requirements

• Partner with DSS to assess, triage, and track referrals for HASOTP services
• Provide case supervision and collaborate on professional development plans with team of therapists
• Provide ongoing monitoring and tracking of output and outcome indicators
• Identify gaps in services and supports and work with staff and community partners to address
• Facilitate quarterly meetings with partners
• Provide training to DSS staff and stakeholders
