Job Description
ApexCRO is seeking a highly skilled Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) expert to improve the customer journey and boost conversions for e-commerce clients. The role involves analyzing data, implementing testing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results. This is a full-time position with a 30-day notice period.
Requirements
- Proven experience in CRO, specifically within the e-commerce industry
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO)
- Demonstrated ability to run A/B and multivariate tests
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)
- Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with heatmaps, session recordings, and user feedback tools
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive attitude and attention to detail
- Strong organizational abilities
