ApexCRO is seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) expert to join their team. This role focuses on improving the customer journey for e-commerce clients, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to optimize website performance. The CRO expert will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in conversion rates and drive tangible business results.

Requirements

• Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior through analytics tools, heatmaps, and user feedback.
• Design, implement, and manage A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experimentation techniques.
• Optimize landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and overall website architecture.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance user experience.
• Monitor and report on the performance of CRO initiatives.
• Work closely with developers to ensure CRO implementations are executed effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest CRO, e-commerce, and digital marketing trends.
• Translate complex data and test results into actionable insights and recommendations.
