CRO Expert

Apex is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization Expert to enhance the performance of e-commerce websites by implementing data-driven strategies to maximize conversion rates. This role involves analyzing user behavior, identifying optimization opportunities, and collaborating with various team members. The expert will focus on optimizing website performance and driving measurable business growth for clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the CRO field
• Proven experience in a similar CRO role, specifically within the e-commerce industry
• Proficiency in analytical tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Convert.com) and excellent data analysis skills
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and how they affect conversion rates
• Demonstrated ability to run A/B and multivariate tests
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and the challenges involved in optimizing the user's experience
• Fluency in English
