Job Description
Apex is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Expert to enhance the performance of clients’ websites. This role involves analyzing user behavior, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing data-driven strategies to maximize conversion rates. The position requires collaboration with various team members and requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. The company focuses on boosting sales through data and proven strategies in an evolving e-commerce landscape.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the CRO field
- Proven experience in a similar CRO role, specifically within the e-commerce industry
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates for e-commerce clients
- Proficiency in analytical tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Convert.com)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles
- Experience with A/B and multivariate tests
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Fluency in English (Brazilian Portuguese is also valued)
