Job Description
Apex is seeking a CRO Expert to enhance the performance of e-commerce websites through data-driven strategies. This role involves analyzing user behavior, implementing optimizations, and collaborating with various teams. The expert will focus on maximizing conversion rates and improving the user experience by utilizing advanced CRO methods.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the CRO field
- Proven experience in a similar CRO role, specifically within the e-commerce industry
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and Convert.com
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and how they affect conversion rates
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce and heatmaps/session recordings
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
- Fluency in English
- Availability during office hours
