Job Description
Apex is seeking a CRO Expert to enhance the performance of clients' websites by implementing data-driven strategies to maximize conversion rates. This role involves analyzing user behavior, identifying optimization opportunities, and working with internal teams to execute A/B and multivariate tests. The company focuses on data-driven CRO methods and offers opportunities to work with top-tier e-commerce brands.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in the CRO field
- Proven experience in a similar CRO role, specifically within the e-commerce industry
- Proficiency in analytical tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and Convert.com
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion rates
- Proficiency in running A/B and multivariate tests
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and heatmaps/session recordings
- Fluency in English (Native or strong)
- Active and responsive during office hours
