Job Description
Hypatos is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of AI solutions. The role involves incident response, problem-solving, technical excellence, and continuous improvement of support processes. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert and passionate about building and maintaining AI systems.
Requirements
- Strong background in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management
- Experience with AI/ML systems, APIs, and integration platforms
- Proficiency in monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar)
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization
- Experience with database systems, log analysis, and performance tuning
- Understanding of emerging AI technologies, LLMs, and agent frameworks
- Problem-solving skills with ability to architect complex automated solutions
- Understanding of technical standards, architecture, and compliance requirement
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
