Job Description
Together AI is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join their team, providing support to customers using Together AI’s cutting-edge GPU clusters. The role involves deep technical analysis, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement of their products. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled professional passionate about AI and customer success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Strong technical background in AI, ML, GPU technologies and HPC environments
- Familiarity with infrastructure services (Kubernetes, SLURM) and high-performance networking fabrics
- Strong knowledge of Python, TypeScript, and/or JavaScript with testing/debugging experience
- Foundational understanding in install, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and security of compute clusters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Complex problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution
