Brand Partnerships Manager (ブランド パートナーシップ マネージャー)

Hypebae Japan is seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager to drive revenue and provide creative marketing solutions to solve brand challenges. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with major advertising agencies, media agencies, and brand marketing executives, as well as developing and executing comprehensive brand solutions that integrate online and offline channels.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in media sales, a creative agency, or marketing, with a proven focus on solution-oriented selling
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills
• Deep understanding of and interest in digital media, social media marketing, branded content, and native advertising
• Native-level fluency in Japanese
• Business-level English or higher (for collaboration with global teams and reporting)
• Existing network within major advertising agencies and industry contacts, particularly in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors
